Delivery

We deliver across the Triangle area, typically within 1-3 days of your order. For online purchases, we reach out directly to schedule a delivery time that works for you.

The customer is expected to help bring the piece inside. We handle the heavy lifting, but an extra set of hands keeps your walls and floors safe.

We'll confirm a window and text you before the crew heads out. Delivery fees, if any, are shown at checkout.

Old couch removal

One old piece hauled away free with a delivered purchase. Tell us before delivery day so the truck has room.

Returns

Inspect your piece at delivery. If something arrives damaged or isn't what was listed, tell the crew or contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right. Liquidation and overstock items are sold in the condition described.

Cancellations

Need to cancel or reschedule? Contact us before your delivery window and we'll sort it out.
